ROLE DESCRIPTION
Join our dynamic team as an Insurance and Financial Services Representative for a State Farm Agent! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, helping them understand their insurance needs and financial goals. This is a full-time position in-office position with the possibility of a hybrid work schedule once all training and licensing requirements have been met. You will provide exceptional customer service while promoting our range of insurance and financial products, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their individual requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance products, financial services, and claims.
  • Provide personalized policy recommendations based on client needs and financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the agent to develop marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn agency management software.
  • 1+ years of experience in insurance and financial services or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Property and Casualty License and/or Life/Health License (or willingness to obtain)
    • FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
COMPENSATION
  • Base salary with the potential to earn uncapped commission

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensación $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
